9: of my first EDC knives and gear. In order. 1 First knife @kershawknives Wade Officer (actual original 1st knife. got from my father after a tour working with US ... Shhh. Note the broken pivot screw I'll be forever grateful if someone would help me fix it. This was the spark). Circa 1994 2 First fake sak (I bought one like this when I was a kid and happened upon a 'replica' for a buck. Not worth the dust it collects, but sentimentality got the better of me). Circa 1995 3 First Sak - Tinker (not likely the original, but I definitely still have it somewhere) circa 1995 4 First watch Casio databank when I was 6 or 7 I think. (again, this is a replacement of the one I had and lost) Circa 1990. 5 First EDC flashlight (this is my actual first energizer flashlight, still have it) 1996. 6 First leatherman Supertool (I went full beast mode with my first leatherman - I still have it as you can see. Stays in my tool box or car trunk) circa 2001. 7 First Spyderco (went tiny with this, back when I wasn't a fan of the spydie hole). Circa 2002 8 First benchmade Osborne 940 also first expensive knife I bought circa 2004 9 First made. Yep made my own knife from a USA made Nicholson rasp. Made a cobra sling thingy with what I imagine could have multiple uses totally by just messing around with knots. Found out a few interesting techniques in the process.
