I use this mod to remove the blur in game, and then add it back in screenshots that I post. Because, you know, boobs are just so scandalous. 

Mini tutorial of adding in the blur under the cut, just in case you need it! 

Use the rectangular marquee tool to select your sim’s naughty bits.

From your filter menu at the top, select mosaic from the pixelate menu.

It will bring up the pop up menu above! Fidget with the cell size to get your desired effect - then hit okay! Boom, your nipnops are safe for work.

I don’t really remember, once I figured out how to export the texture I just taught myself. But if you go to my resource blog @lemonberryresources there’s a post by ridgeport (or you can just go directly to her blog tbh) about 4 posts down that has a master list of CC making tutorials including one for recoloring. :)
