I got carried away by documentaries about England and France, and the story about the Field of Cloth of Gold is for now my favorite, I will definitely illustrate more moments from there
Brief context: In 1520, the heads of both countries met on neutral territory to conclude a peace treaty. spoiler: nothing came of it, but they had a great party and boasted to each other a lot
my art shows the moment when the English king built a temporary castle
Y'all I think I stumbled on lost media?? I've never seen this hetalia episode ever, it's like the DND RPG episode??? Someone on TikTok found it somewhere. Normal hetalia episode but I've just never seen this..was Fantasia a thing like Gakugen? Are there more of these?
I haven't watched most of the world series ones bc they weren't dubbed I'll be honest.
reference sheet thing i made for this guy since he seems to look different everytime i draw him
i dont think i have any major headcanons for him other than giving him wavier + a little bit longer hair and making him a bit more tan but eyah
In honor of the new year, what are y'alls favorite Hetalia lost media? or offical art/canon that hima tried really hard to get scrubbed from the internet
Teuton somehow talked the other two orders into horsing around a chicken coop owned by France (bc his idea of fun is pranking the Frenchman lol) but that ended up in them getting chased out by one of Francis' men. Hospitaller is somehow enjoying the chase (tho won't admit it out loud), Templar is guilty af and knows he'll be in serious trouble with Francis and his Grand Master (he's really a shtick for rules), and Teuton gets stale bread thrown at him (bread were HARD back then).
I sometimes get whiplash realizing that they're literally just children burdened with the responsibility of their people and they don't even get normal childhoods bc it's either they conquer or be conquered and sure they don't die and have really fast healing but their weird place in the world gifts them a kind of loneliness that no one but others like them could understand and I get sad about it :(
