a while ago i did a poll about starting a gideon the ninth book club discord server and a lot of people were very excited about it

SO IT'S HERE NOW!

the concept of the server is essentially to slowly and at your own pace re-read each chapter of gtn and talk about the details one may have missed on their previous read(s).

The enigma seemed to stop in his sentence, as he hid his head in his scarf.

Ruin sweetie-

I really like the idea if its a split personality thing with ruin where the ruin virus is still there but just influencing his actions.(kinda like in the canon games)

Also dont forget he can see the cameras therefore is able to hide his actions from the cameras.

Him using the "i have no reason to create you" makes me think back and ruin honey, your alter ego(ruin virus) never really had a reason to blow up the daycare.
