its been literally only three sessions but i think perhaps DMing is going to be the end of me. i love being a player in ttrpgs and the depth you can bring to a character that way, but pulling the strings and knowing all the secrets is genuinely addictive for a brain that is constantly swirling with half-baked ideas that cook best with collaboration.

now all i need is for all my players to quit their jobs, move into my flat, and experience my machinations daily.

#we play every other week and honestly having that schedule working with us in 3 different countries is wild #i wiiish it could be weekly but i know im only wishing that because i thought the adventure we are currently Still On would last #hm... 1.5 sessions and cover level 1 only. uh. no!#(kinda glad it's lasting longer because it's been a good pace for everyone getting comfortable - especially me)#(and also the DMG24 'level 1 adventure' seems. uh. way too hard if you don't already have the mechanics down.)#(especially with the enemy that could insta-kill most lvl1 characters at FULL HP if you roll well enough.... fully piss off with that)
