Setelah gw dikasih banyak masukan tentang apa itu kolesterol, lemak jenuh dalam darah, dan penyebab kolesterol, gw pun dirujuk untuk langsung ke Poli Gizi untuk diterangin lebih lanjut tentang makanan apa yang harus lebih banyak gw konsumsi, dan harus gw hindari. Intinya gw harus lebih banyak makan sayur, kurangin makanan yang digoreng/masak pake minyak (which is itu favorit gueeee... I can't live without makanan berminyak... Sampe akhirnya gw menyadari kolesterol gw tinggi.. tinggi sekali...) Terus, gw juga disuruh kurangin nasi. NASI COY, makanan pokok. Gw harus kurangin nasi (maksimal 100 gram setiap makan). Jadilah tiap gw nyentong nasi, gw timbang dulu 🙃 Gak kuat rasanya. Kayak jalan tuh rasanya ngambang. Agak keliyengan gitu pas awal2 #dietdislipidemia. Tapi nyeri di leher jadi lumayan reda. Selain ditegasin tentang jumlah kalori yang harus dipenuhi dalam sehari (1500 kal aja), gw juga ditegasin konsultan gizi buat gw wajib olahraga lima kali seminggu (malah doi lebih tegas di bagian ini, wkwk 🙃). Boleh jogging, boleh zumba (ikutin youtube). Apa pun lah. Dan mulai lakuin dengan durasi setengah jam aja dulu, yang penting rutin. "LIMA KALI SEMINGGU YA MBAK. Mulai setengah jam dulu dirutinin..." "Baik, Bu... Baik..." 🙃 Alhasil, gw mulai browsing channel2 olahraga di YouTube. Setelah nyoba ikutin gerakan dan memilih instruktur mana yang paling enak gerakannya, inilah yang akhirnya gw subscribe dan jadi tempat gw berguru; 1) @dancewithdeepti ➡️ workout rasa belajar nari India dengan channel ini. Yang bikin asyik adalah backsoundnya lagu2 India, jadi nggak berasa lagi SKJ bgt gitu. Haha (channel ini juga yg bikin gw mulai nyari lagi lagu2 dan film India utk dinikmati) 💜 2) @popsugarfitness ➡️ kalo lagi pengen gerakan yg slow (tapi tekniknya gampang diikutin dan bikin otot berasa bgt habis dipake), gw biasanya ke channel ini. 3) @madfit.ig ➡️ gerakannya enak, backsound-nya lagu2 barat kekinian. Asyik gerakannya, asyik musiknya. 4) @TiffanyRotheWorkouts ➡️ kalo mau lebih nantangin diri dengan gerakan yg lebih rumit dan lebih cepet, dan ngerasain sensasi hosa setelahnya, mari join Tifffany Rothe aja 5) @HollyDolke ➡️ ini rada spesifik nih. Gerakannya bertema. Ada satu video khusus melatih dan membentuk otot lengan, otot pinggang, dll. Gw paling suka ikutin yg "Tone Your Arms Workout" ❤️ 6) @heatherrobertsoncom ➡️ kalo lagi pengen ngerutinin gerakan tertentu dan yg gampang2 aja, berguru sama Ibu Heather aja (beliau trainer di Popsugar juga) 7) @lillysabri ➡️ kadang dia bikin video challenge/full body workout, kadang spesifik untuk ngelatih otot tertentu aja. Lumayanlah... 8) @AnnaRenderer ➡️ 11-12 sama Heather, karena beliau pelatih di Popsugar juga. Gerakan cardionya asyik diikutin.

Welcome back to my channel guys, and welcome if you are new! In today’s video, we are doing a 15-minute walking routine, combined with toning exercises to sculpt your entire body.
When I started my fitness journey, I had no idea what to do and I turned to walk for results. It really helps burn calories and build up my endurance! So today I wanted to share a simple and easy way for you to walk, indoors, even when the weather is bad!
Remember, walking is a great form of exercise to help burn calories and lean out your legs, and I highly recommend that everyone tries to walk at least 10 minutes a day!
