Showing off my closed rings for October and November because I'm so proud of myself for being this consistent with moving my body ❤️‍🔥
⚖️ : My weight has stayed the exact same as last week. I'm pretty happy about it considering I didn't eat very well. I had a hot chocolate with whipped cream every single day, as well as some treats here and there, and not just on my "cheat meal". I don't know why I've been slacking with my diet lately... But I've decided that the remaining days until day 75 will have no more cheat days. I want to see results! 🤞🏻✨
🚰 : The 3 liters of water is still very dependent on the day. Some days I don’t mind it at all, other days I have to chug half a liter before bed.
🏃🏻‍♀️ : I’ve been continuing on varying my workouts, and even took a stroll through the snow which I really enjoyed. In general I'm getting in the Christmas mood way more this year! 🎄
🍓 : I have to cut out the snacking. On top of drinking the hot chocolates, I also ate almost an entire thing of Nutella, which is 250g... I wanted to buy it for breakfast on Sunday, but just knowing that we had it in the house made me crave it sooo much all the time. Gotta tell my boyfriend to hide the rest of that from me until the challenge is over 🤷🏻‍♀️
📖 : The German version of "Iron Flame" is finally out!! So excited to read it, even though I want to pace myself, so I only want to read one or two chapters every night. But I'm super excited ✨

After reaching over 19 stone I decided that now is the time to change my life. Having joined my local Slimming World group in 2015 I lost 6stone in a year and a further stone 4months later in 2016. With my 7 stone loss I was fitter, healthier and happier. My relationship with food completely changed. However this is a journey, with my pregnancy of my second child, I had gained weight in 2017 - 2018 until he was born. Following that with my new found knowledge of food, I knew how to get my weight off. But this time it took a little longer. Over the pandemic I lost 10lbs to get me back to my target weight in 2020 (11st 11lbs) Maintaining my target for the last two years, I decided to lower my target range. And I’ve been sitting comfortably in the lower elevens this year. I know my journey and challenges, just don’t stop here. I am forever learning about myself and eating habits, always trying to improve my attitude towards activity and fitness. And your continued support and encouragement means so much to me everyday! I feel bad for eating the food I ate today, even though I didn’t have lunch and between breakfast and dinner was 10 hours. I burned 3,400 calories today. I went to the gym and lifted for 45 minutes and went on a walk for an hour. I literally have 17,000 steps from today and as I’m trying to sleep all I can think about is the fact that I ate a lot at dinner(1,300 cal). I feel ashamed for it. I feel disgusted by myself. I want to go back in time and eat half that. Why am I like this and how do I make the devil on my shoulder go away.

sorry guys for not posting for so long it is due to some internet issue . And i have got my 1 month vacation so i have some time to loose my weight . I will start eating calories under 1000 - 1200 only and i have start Chloe ting 's 2 week weight loose challenge and miss choi's 2 week girl group challenge it was 2 days in it and i had to take break due to guests but i will continue from tomorrow and will update my diet and workout also . thank you all <3
