Shelly from Team Aqua seems pretty tall, taller than any named member of Team Magma, anyhow.

Nessa is the third-tallest gym leader after Piers and the dragon guy.

Nemona’s also pretty tall for a teenage girl- taller than most male characters.

I was going to say that Eri has muscle tone but looking back at her she really doesn't?? She's stockily built but doesn't have any actual muscles which feels all kinds of wrong considering the wrestling motif and fighting-type Pokemon
