Piccola storia triste. 😔 Lo shooting più corto mai fatto (almeno da me)causa pioggia. This empty little summer camp in America was a hell of a lot of ways from the Outback. Her parents, upon her being released from hospital, had made the decision for her that it would be beneficial for her to continue seeing the world like she and her best mate, Jewel, had wanted to do before crossing paths with the Outback serial killer named Mick Taylor. 

On the dock, she sat alone, but smiling at the other. Amber hadn’t wanted to take her clothes off, to reveal those ghastly scars that marked her body. 

“It’s okay,” she lied to the other girl, “I’m cramping pretty bad. I think it’s better if I stay up here on the dock.”

A flash of teeth can be seen in the dimly lit basement as Kai grins. He’s always been like this, regaling horrific tales or facts in order to make people squirm with discomfort. Perhaps doing it to Chrissie could be considered unnecessarily cruel, but it was all in good fun. It would’ve been harmless even, if it weren’t for the dark secret the male was harboring. 

“ Trying to keep you on your toes, “ Kai lets out a quiet grunt when her elbow collides with his ribs, followed by a breathless laugh. “ Okay, maybe also to get you to cuddle with me. Give me a break, I’m bad at this! “ The blue-haired male admitted with a smile, all too happy to have Chrissie give up her playful jabs to settle her head upon his shoulder.

Seamlessly, his arm wrapped protectively around the other, tugging her even closer to his body. As his fingers rubbed nonsensical patterns against her back, he tilted his head down to meet Chrissie’s gaze. The smile was gone, the air around him suddenly intense as he spoke, “ If anyone tried to hurt you, I would kill them first. “

Today marked the one year anniversary of when he freed her soul from the murder house. Dolores was busying herself with something which made for an opportune time to surprise her. He kept quiet as he approached her from behind and greeted her with a small peck on the cheek. “Good morning, Doris, and happy one year of being free. I bought us a cake from the bakery to celebrate.”

“How did you get over your husband? I mean, I know it’s not exactly the same thing, because Leroy was kind of a shithead from what you’ve told me. But regardless of that, you did love him so there had to be a period of grieving for the relationship... right?”  Tate just didn’t know how long it was going to last; A couple of weeks had passed and there was a day where he’d thought he had begun to move past Violet but give it a few lonely hours and he was back to missing her so much that it physically hurt him on the inside.  “I’ve actually never had a relationship before. I don’t know how to handle this -- I’ve never been so vulnerable with anyone, like I was with Vi.”

they   didn’t   really  know   each  other  ,   but   joey   felt   inclined  to  check  on  the  young  woman  .  the   town   was    buzzing  with  the  aftermath  of  the   terror  &  a   poor   young  woman   was  pregnant  &  alone  ,   he   couldn’t  just  leaver  her   to   those   savage   reporters  now   could  he  ?      if   joey   thought   they   would  listen  to  him  in   the   slightest   he    would   have   told   them   to  buzz  off  ,   but   alas   no  one   ever   took   him   seriously  .   thankfully   all  the  commotion   is   calming  when  joey   gets   there  .   ❝    it’s  a   lot  to   take   in    ❞      a   gentle   hand  is  placed  on  her   shoulder  ,   of  course  he   will   gladly   retract   it   if   he   is   asked  .    ❝    i   know   we   don’t   know   each  other  well  and   i  know   you   are   more   than   capable    of    keeping  yourself   afloat  ....   but   if    you    need   anything   ?    anything   at   all   ,   i   can   help   .     you    shouldn’t   have   to  be    alone  ,   especially   now   .    ❞

Jerrie pauses, trying to calm the sound of her heartbeat to make sure she isn't hearing things over it. In one hand, she holds a lantern and she raises a finger of the other to her lips as if to quiet the young woman accompanying her through the dark and foreboding wood. 

'We best be heading home now," the girl whispers thinly as the wolves' howling in the distance grows ever so slightly louder. "The boys you work with aren't the best with an axe should we end up in a wolf’s belly." She smiles sardonically as she says this, but her trembling betrays her attempt at humor.

Kai lets out an exaggerated yelp of surprise when Chrissie swats at him. A large smirk is soon replaced and he pops a peanut M&M onto his tongue and crunches down obnoxiously, just for her benefit --- or rather, misfortune. “ Hey, I totally mean it, it’ll be righteous to go somewhere like this for the summer. Plus, it’ll get you a little extra cash to keep your folks quiet. “ 

The boy tosses back more M&Ms, leaning against her to peek at the other options she has. He seriously doubts Chrissie could work well with children, Kai wasn’t going to lie to her face about it. Even he would be more patient with them, but then again he did have a younger sister while Chrissie was an only child. 

“ Think of it this way; you can either deal with some snot-nosed brats for a little while or you could ... “ Kai focuses in on one ad in the classifieds section, “ Ooh, look at that! You could be a housekeeper. Much more fun than going out to a campsite on a lake and sneaking off to blow off some steam. “
