I know World Wednesday is a popular post and I hope today’s post doesn’t disappoint. It’s off season right now for traveling meaning it’s a great time to take that vacation you have been wanting to go on since school is still in session and people are still at work. The weather is also a bonus because it hasn’t reached that summer heat just yet. However, some places are a great option to visit no matter what time of the year you go like Montego Bay. This Travel Tuesday goes out to the city of Paris as they recover from the tragic fire with Notre Dame or Notre Dame de Paris (Meaning 'Our Lady of Paris' in French). It was so sad to watch such an iconic church go up in flames. I remember visiting Paris and seeing the historic cathedral in person. It is wonderful to hear about the donations being made to repair the damage. Ok let’s try this again. 😩 I took the weekend off and then was ready to get back to posting, but of course I have horrible timing and caught a cold. Miss me? So I have been posting everyday since June of last year and this past weekend I decided to take a break. It was nice, but I’m ready to get back and share more with you. I hope you’re ready. What better way to start my Monday and my first post back then with Rodeo Houston? It’s a great time to visit Houston. Today marks the first day of @rodeohouston and I couldn’t be happier. I love the rodeo and once again I’m volunteering with the other 33,000+ people that make the Houston Livestock Rodeo Show and Rodeo a success. Maybe I will see you there. 😜 The rodeo goes from today until March 17. Make sure to have your tickets ready and see some cowboys and cowgirls do their thing. Enjoy the Carnival 🎡 and agriculture areas as well. Oh and let’s not forget about the concerts. Head to Rome and pretend you’re a gladiator in the Rome Coliseum. The Colosseum or Coliseum, however you want to spell it also known as the Flavian Amphitheatre, is an oval amphitheatre in the centre of the city of Rome, Italy. It was built of travertine, tuff, and brick-faced concrete and it is also the largest amphitheatre ever built. The Colosseum is situated just east of the Roman Forum. It’s a great sight to visit when you are in the city and when you take a tour you learn so much information that you probably didn’t know like women would sit at the very top and the Coliseum was used for more than just gladiators. It’s also a place I highly recommend visiting at least once.
