As Kaveh got ready for work, Haitham watched him half-asleep, a sly smile appearing on his face. Kaveh was putting on his pants, covering up the fresh love bites on his legs.

As usual, Kaveh leaned in to give Haitham a tender kiss on the forehead, promising not to be late. However that morning, Haitham was fully awake and, grabbing Kaveh by the arm, he pulled him back onto the bed, holding him by the hips and kissing his neck. "Huithim, I'm going to be late" Kaveh laughed, running his fingers through Haitham's hair. "Just five more minutes" Haitham murmured, embracing his partner and burying his face in the crook of his neck. Kaveh delighted in Haitham's attention, biting his lip at every little kiss, but if they continued, he really would be late.

So he stopped Haitham's hand, which was getting a little too daring, intercepting it before Haitham could lift up Kaveh's shirt and undo his pants again. "Haitham, I'm going to be late" Kaveh repeated, looking deeply into Haitham's eyes. With a heavy heart he let his boyfriend go, but not before Kaveh gave him one last kiss and promised to pick up where they left off later.

I was thinking about when I asked my friend how to pronounce al-Haitham and if there was a nicer way to say it, and they replied that you could eventually pronounce it as Huithim.

So now I'm imagining Kaveh calling him Huithim at home or when he needs something, and Haitham knows that when he hears that name trouble is brewing, but he still goes along with it anyway.

I've been recommended two more nicknames for al-Haitham !!

These little things always excite me so much, especially when they relate to reality and I think they add a lot of dynamics to fanfictions (+ I like to include ethnic words and terms)

So, the two new nicknames I can't wait to use are:
