TRAPE's Seven-Year Journey
This year marks the seventh year since TRAPE commenced its long-term care prevention and daily life support comprehensive project. Evolving needs and challenges of the elderly due to demographic shifts and diverse values necessitate flexible and dynamic regional support projects. Addressing Municipal Concerns Municipalities expressed concerns about navigating the collaborative processes required for effective regional support initiatives. With personnel changes, municipal representatives faced uncertainties in implementing these projects, leading to a sense of helplessness.
Paving the Way for Autonomous Care Prevention
To address these challenges, Okayama Prefecture is joining forces with municipalities to design and co-create a concrete community development plan, fostering independent living for the elderly. The project encompasses an escort support business model.
