wanted to watch something light and dumb so I picked up Naruto again for the first time in a decade
#[static]#i .... almost thought i was 23 there for a second dfkjgdlfg#im 29 wtf so yeah it's been a little over a decade#watching the show now has made me realize what a Special Interest it was for me back in middle school and part of high school#it's hard to describe but i know Every Single scene in the first couple of seasons#i know exactly what theyre going to say it and how and when because i used to watch and read it so much#it's like i could just listen to it with my eyes closed and still be able to recreate the exact show in my brain lmao#naruto got me into drawing when i was in the 6th grade!#i remember waiting for all the chapters to be released and translated on mangafox#and buying the new manga when itd come out in the US#and getting so excited for shonen jump lmAO#and saving every scrap of naruto stuff i could get my teenage hands on when it'd come out#gods wasnt there a game for gamecube i s2g#anyways i used to daydream about the naruto universe and the characters constantly in middle school#i drew them all so much and knew every little bit of info that was out for the characters and made ocs ... the whole nine yards#its relaxing watching it again! it's super comfy even tho its a dumb and kind of bad tv show from my childhood
