you really cant use memory problems as an excuse when the issue is rules that are available in writing at all times AND you're doing something typically not allowed in most places, which SHOULD prompt you to CHECK the aforementioned written out rules if you know you forget things

#am i vaguing? yes. absolutely #it's technically a publicly available conversation so i dont feel bad about it #like. i would sympathize. if the rules were not CLEARLY WRITTEN and sharing discord links is USUALLY not allowed in public servers #i also wouldnt really care so much if they weren't getting pissy about being told to follow the damn rules #like. look. i get it. forgetting things and getting warned for it sucks.#but what the fuck do you want to be done here? you get a special exception?#im also like 😒 over them saying their last offense wasnt recent #bc sure #but it was ALSO an instance of them being told by others that was against the rules #and their response was 'oh ill take it down if the mods say so' so it got left up BC THE MODS WERE ASLEEP #THE RULES WERE RIGHT THERE #yeah idk im actually unreasonably annoyed about this #letting you break the rules without consequence whenever you want is not a reasonable accommodation
