#what did i expect#i always loved the combo of calming meds and caffeine. sorry i guess.#so im kinda chillin#cringe either way im a hydroxyzine junkie atp. cant function without it#i really try trust me 😭😭😭 yesterday i didnt take it for sleep#ended up getting Scary Delusions at 5 am. or 4 am. whatever#if i dont take it ill just wake up over n over again its so embarrassing nothinv helps me anymore#im on inhuman levels of stress and fear and idk where it even comes from 💀💀💀
