Abby is only ever seen refered to (to my knowledge, correct me if I'm wrong) as Abby Palmer. But Cecil?

Cecil is Cecil Gershwin Palmer.

He is still inextricably linked with this man, in a way no one else in his family is.

And I don't think that's a good thing.
