so i think i am gathering that tumblrs response to everyone getting porn bots on their dashboards bc they follow tags and the bots have started liking the other bots posts leading tumblrs algorithm to think that they are popular and putting them on dashes they have made it so that instead of recent posts from the tags you follow showing up its just ones with lots of notes . for me personally this makes me want to just stop using the followed tags feature bc everything is posts ive already seen. i dont know why tumblr is seemingly consistently unable to do anything meaningful to reduce the amount of bots. im just a random guy and after seeing like three of those spam posts show up on my dash i was able to figure out what was happening.

#teamcasper #the bots arent even ones that follow or otherwise interact w regular blogs #its just a really big ring of them all interacting w each other but its so many that i cant reasonably block them all #which is why its so frustrating to me because they CAN reasonably do something abt it #i am just upset bc they have made a feature i enjoyed not what i enjoy #it was already pretty annoying having the same post come up a million times even though i fucking reblogged it but now its that except #its a post taht i saw reblogged a million times six months ago #like ???????#also i havent seen anyone talk abt this and it makes me feel annoying and also like im going insane bc why is no one else bothered by this #guy who doesnt follow that many blogs voice #theres probably other ppl but im just me teehee ^_^#i am sleep deprived and anxious bc of stuff in my life please bear w me
