#i make whatevers in the fridge plus a boiled grain or lentil salad when im lazy and it makes my day#the beauty of the late spring vegetables is really something#i cant express how beautiful it is that healthy food is binge worthy healthy to me now. causing chaos in my while body is behind me#my nails stopped breaking. my period is less painful and more regular#i dont get so extemely hungry if i skip a meal that i get nauseated and anxious anymore#thriving
