I mean mr lancer is a Teacher, but he was also nice but this is different, but this is a GHOST WHO IS WILLING TO HELP HIM with his powers and also will help him when hes injured and is so so nice and comparatively so much more mature than 90% of the adults in this show!!!! god. dad frostbite is my everything.

Choi yeonjun, a boy you’ve been dating for a few months now. The first boy that’s managed to get you falling head over heels. The first bou to make you feel so happy and safe. The first boy you would say you truly loved...

While dating yeonjun, you always enjoyed spending the night with him, but staying at the dorm wasn’t something you could do frequently. Often, you too busy rushing your school papers or you simply just didn’t want to bother the boys after a long day at work. But this only made the days you did visit even more special.

You have to admit, sharing a single sized bed with yeonjun could get a bit cramped at time, with him kicking you in his sleep or vice versa. Nontheless, you loved it. And you loved him, you just haven’t found the guts to tell him yet.

Everytime you look at him, nothing but pure love and affection filled your eyes. You wanted to tell him so badly but when you opened your mouth, nothing would come out, and it was eating you alive that yeonjun hasn’t said it first. It only made you worry more, maybe he didn’t feel the same way? Was it too early? Well, you would soon find out.

It started off as an ordinary evening. You were having dinner with the boys when yeonjun invitied you to spend the night. Of course, without hesitation, you agreed. The night went on as per normal, nothing too exciting happened.

After dinner, you suggested to go to han river. You hadn’t been there in a while and you were determined that tonight was finally going to be the night you told yeonjun your little secret, and then pray to god he would say it back.

The night was cool, maybe just a little under 20°c. Hand in hand, you and yeonjun walked down the path in the dead of the night. He was dressed in a black coat, layered over a plain white shirt, paired with jeans. A simple outfit, nevertheless, he never failed to take your breath away.

You stopped everynow and then to take pictures of the city light, a view you’ve come to appreciate. The way the lights would illuminate the otherwise black sky, how the stars hung in the darkness. In that moment you felt calm.

Turning to face yeonjun, you realised how he was already staring at you the entire time. The same soft eyes he always looked at you with. Only this time, something else lingered behind it, you just couldn’t figure out what.

“Yeonjun, can i tell you something?” You didn’t know where the sudden confidence came from, but you wanted to make full use of it while you had it.

He hummed a response, smiling. A smile that could make your heart beat a thousand miles a second.

You kept your phone back in your pocket. It was the perfect moment.

“Yeonjun,” you started, grabbing both of Yeonjun’s hands, “i-”

“Your hand are so cold,” yeonjun stated, interrupting mid sentence.

You felt your confidence slowly fade, getting replaced with a slight blush as yeonjun put your hands in his pockets, holding then there in attempts to keep them warm. Pulling you closer in the process.

“Sorry, what were you saying?” He apologised, looking you in the eyes.

You hesitated, unable to find the right words to say, Your face was probably as red as a tomato by then.

“I- i er...” you looked down as nerves overtook you.

“Um, nothing. I was just cold,” you continued, letting out an awkward laugh.

Wrapping his coat around you, yeonjun pulled you to his chest,his words stringed with worry as he replied, “why didn’t you say so earlier? Come on let’s get you home.”

With that, he turned you around, still sharing his coat with you as you headed back to the dorm. Your face stilled flushed with embarrassment and regret. ‘It’s just 8 letters, come on’ you though.

That night you laid in yeonjuns arms, staring at the wall, still full of remourse. You sighed. This boy deserves that world, and you couldnt even give him 3 words.

You got up slowly, not wanting to wake him as you got out of bed and headed for the living room couch. Taking a seat and pulling your knees to your chest, resting your chin on them. You had no idea how long you stayed like that, deep in thought.

It wasn’t until the sudden sound of the bedroom door opening, causing you to jump up. Yeonjun’s voice following shortly after, “babe? Why are you awake? It’s 3am, what’s wrong?”

He rubbed his eyes, taking a seat next to you. He placed an arm around you, laying his head on your shoulder, still half asleep.

“Do you want to talk?” He questioned, lifting his head to look at you.

You shook your head. As much as you wanted to, you couldn’t tell him what was keeping your mind awake at this ungodly hour.

Not wanting to pry, he gave you a lazy smile and continued, “it’s okay, you can tell me when you’re ready alright? How about we watch some shows to get your mind off it? I heard there’s this new series on Netflix that’s pretty good.”

Before you could reply, yeonjun was already turning on the television and searching for the show. He always knew how to make you feel better, he was the exact definition of perfect.

As the night continued, yeonjun had only managed to get through one episode before falling back asleep on your lap. You played with his hair, smiling to yourself as you examined his sleeping figure, his chest rising and falling steadily, so peacefully.

“Im sorry i woke you up,” you whispered, “i’m such a coward. You deserve everything and i cant even tell you how much i love you.”

You leaned down and placed a kiss on his forehead, closing you eyes as you let out another sigh. When you say back up, you realised how a smile had cracked across Yeonjun’s face. Immediately, you felt your face heat up.

“I love you too,” he replied, in the sweetest voice, turning to face you.

“You- you heard that?” You were in complete shock, looking at yeonjun as if horns had just sprouted from his head.

“Well, i wasn’t completely asleep yet. Now I’m really glad I wasn’t. And you not a coward. You wouldn’t belive how long ive wanted to say that. The number of times I’ve backed out of saying it. I was always afraid you wouldn’t say it back.”

Wrapping a hand around the back of your neck, he pulled you down, meeting you halfway, giving you a kiss. A kiss filled with passion and love.

That night, like any other, you slept peacefully in his arms. A weight finally off your chest.

So I wanted to kind of liveblog as I was watching but held back so these are my remembered reactions/second watch reactions

Bummed there was no song recap but quickly figured itd play at the end

PUPPY. Best part of the ep, lbr, Dean was so cute with him

Theyre really doing a cheesey life montage huh - still not clear whether monsters are a thing in this new world?

I was watching the mins tick by during this first montage like OKAY we get it, cheesey happy home life, move along. There was only 40 mins left of the whole show like get on with it, it went way too long 

We definately needed to restablished that Sam is neat while Dean is messy. Totally necessary to spend time on that. Also didnt Dean get houseproud when they moved into the bunker?? What happened to that?

Then becomes apparent that hunting is still a thing. Which if so what was the point of showing then doing fucking laundry and dishes while “Ordinary life” plays - if its not just an ordinary life?

At this point i thought it might go the route of them being listless without hunting as a job but then murder scene so I guess not

This whole pie sequence is stupid and a waste of time, we all know it

Dean being a cold, heartless bitch about everyone being dead. Aces. Not unexpected but still just great. How dare you be so happy about pie fuck you dude.

I started skipping through during the murder scene. I was bored. Like, I dont care about tension building to the murder of a family we dont fucking know. Ive always skipped these scenes, what is the damn point. Its not scary or interesting.

Same old FBI bullshit. Nice to see the journal again I guess. But like, this is STILL what we’re doing? In the very last ep? Same old, different day, just like 15 years ago. Really?

I skipped through the interrogation too. I dont find the scary brother act cool or entertaining 

15 mins in and nothing has happened

Theyre trying so hard to give Dean jokes and nothing is landing, its so cringe just stop

The way the little clown faces pop up - if that supposed to be scary? Really? Its all just so silly rn

Watching it again I realise just how easy this hunt is. The answer is in the journal. They find the exact family. They find the exact barn. The kids are just stood in a cupboard. This is what takes Dean out, really? Its not even a normal hunt, its a way too fucking easy one. 

I do not remember this chick or what ep she was in, maybe theres some parallell or foreshadowing by bringing her back but if there is I dont get it

Bottom line if youre gonna bring people back WHY THE FUCK THIS RANDOM GIRL

I knew so fast he was gonna go out like that. Hanging from a fucking nail

I kept saying out loud not like this, no way, this is so stupid, its so stupid omg

I paused and tried to talk myself into putting aside how stupid and awkward it was for him to be doing this scene hanging off a pole and just try to invest in the emotion of the speech. Which I achieved at times

but why was is so awkward tho?? Just the way hes stood pressed against it is fucking weird. Also 1000% Sam couldve gotten help and he wouldve been FINE. It took so long for them to talk, an ambulance couldve been there before they were done, there was no need for this

Okay the speech did make me cry once I pep talked myself into being invested. The reference to being scared Sam would reject him, the I love you so much, Sam saying dont leave me, the stay with me and tell me its okay - all those moments got me and I did cry. I appreciated the family business line. I liked Jensen telling Jared he always keeps fighting, that was a nice reference. 

BUT there were also those moments that made me scoff, roll my eyes or laugh. The whole “always you and me” bullshit especially. The second I knew he was going to say I’ll be in your heart I yelled at them to no do it, I hate that cheesey move, then literally was like “oh my god, he did it”. It WAS NOT always going to end like this - so much of the last 15 years was proving him wrong about that. This is all just so wrong, it is not good. 

Jensen and Jared did a good job with what they were given in this scene but my god

The audacity of the Cas erasure- always you and me. FUCK YOU. 

I laughed out loud when his last shot was a One Perfect Tear. I was literally like “Oh wow they did that”

I know people are upset Cas is back working in heaven but I dont think its anything like before. It sounds like he helped fixed things then got his own heaven. Also he’s God’s Dad, hes not serving God, hes teaching him. I know human Cas done right is what we wanted but I dont hate this for him. BUT WE SHOULD HAVE FUCKING SEEN IT. 

Why is a memory of being a kid with his Dad what Dean is reminiscing on. They have literally reverted him back to s1. There are so many memories dean should be thinking about in fucking heaven

This is the moment where you realise that this episode has changed NOTHING. This is the same ending as the last ep except theyre in heaven not on earth

however, when i started the show? i had NO clue what concept of time it was. and that was very annoying. tehy redeemed it bc of the comedy aspects (the first time shu yi sees shi de is so fucking good, i really loved the shot and editing; it’s hilarious and silly) and i started to go with the flow of the show through that. but the fucking concept of time in the show in general esp with repetitive outfits (i understand that they are more likely to wear multiple outfits as well, it’s just that you have to split it up or it i sconfusing visually and looks like the same scene twice or just a full day of shooting which it could be but then something should change in the clothes. this is just an ex~~*~*) and partof that is they have this already controlled narrative i guess.

 i really liked tingting from my engineer a lot (idk if u have seen) she’s so fun and unapologetic. i love how much she drinks and if someone tells her to be ladylike she says no. and i appreciate that in the show when girls were rude to her she said nothing about the girls but said “NO IM NOT LUCKY TO HAVE ALL MALE FRIENDS?” i really want to see her more in the next season. obviously tiffy is goat. super excited to see how their rship develops.
