[ good morning. i hope you are all doing well <3 i'm trucking along. got the most sleep i've had in almost two weeks last night but my head is splitting open this morning. took some meds and got some water and a protein meal bar to carry me through. no plans today so should be able to get a few things done. i hope you all have fantastic days/nights! ]

#ooc;#this aint it fam #i did have a smol panic attack last night very minor but got thru it super quick thanks to Song yet again #it didn't seem to trigger anything spooky this time so i was able to get back to sleep #but man it sure wears you out #even my SOS 911 emergency anxiety attack meds aren't helping at this point sobs
