thank GOD the week is finally over i did sooo badly taking care of myself this week
#i missed breakfast almost every day and today i missed breakfast AND lunch#and i ate a big late lunch so i missed dinner too <33#one meal a day!! we're doing GREAT lads /s#its not a disorder or anything like that#its just because i have meds that i have to take on an empty stomach and i always forget to take them until late in the morning so i can't#eat until lunch#and i'm pretty forgetful so it happens a lot#and today my schedule just didn't work out for lunch AND i forgot breakfast again so it was great#i also haven't gotten much sleep this week but that's because of the fucking NIGHTMARES#i don't usually have bad nightmares but lately i've been having full on HORROR MOVIES in my dreams#so no sleep!! no food!! i'm doing GREAT <333#sigh....hopefully next week will be better#i'm gonna try and take my meds asap in the mornings so i can have a little breakfast. and hopefully the scheduling conflict#from today won't happen again and fuck up lunch and dinner#in conclusion im not feeling super great because of all that shit but i had a great week otherwise!!!! i really really love my life rn#its been a long time coming. but i really do love it.#i just gotta get better at the self care shit#<3333#winter speaks#tw eating issues#its in the tags but just in case
