I'm so full of anger. I just want to cry or scream or break everything in my vicinity. I guess the anger is mainly frustration deep down, but that doesn't change the fact that I feel so hateful towards myself and the entire world.

#the 'i want to break sth' thought is pretty strong rn but tbh i wouldnt dare break any thing since that would just cost money to be replaced #plus i would be the crazy one in my family's eyes since im at my parents place rn #also dont worry i wont actually hurt any person either.. i never have and never would #but dear god the fact that i cant release those feelings like that makes me actually feel like im going crazy #and the worst part there is literally no reason at fucking all #like wtf @myself what is going on why am i like that??#my family is annoyed by me as well since they dont understand what is going on with me.. again #cant blame them #still waiting for this to pass and for myself to be not such an unapproachable asshole towards everyone and everything #and that brings me back to my anger and frustration at myself and the urge to scream #cant escape the vicious circle it seems #i dont think the solution is isolating myself further but anything else feels like an impossible task i cant manage to do either
