So is Shawn's charac from the GL draft (carin's uncle) gonna reappear/be reused as a new charac?? If so hear me out hear me out.... Gurion? Akhhh I DONT KNOW they both just give off the same energy I think it's bc of the last line from the draft on DA that went ' "Shit, no," he sneered. "Didn't think I'd ever need one. Aw, goddammit." ' and Gurion being in a role where he kinda has to watch Carin n Zark so they don't fuck shit up, like these two just radiate the same energy and it's been on my mind so long I need to be proven right or wrong

the first earliest rough draft has been like, completely scrapped there's vry little that's being kept besides the main duo and the vague concept of guardians :0 shawn for example has been completely scrapped! I did try to pay homage to him however by giving his "name" to the new major character, Sean! He starts off the story "taking care" and training the young characters (specifically Gabi/Eben as the story goes on), another way to give respect to the past "uncle" chara -w- i do want to reference him more directly wayy into the future tho pfft..

but on the topic of Gurion, GOD I HATE THAT UR ONTO SOMETHINGG SKJHSKJS. I mayyyyyy have a soft spot for fatherly?? brotherly??? types of charas and Gurion is in fact, coupled with Sean, one of them. Sean adopted Shawn's name, Gurion adopted Sean's eventual want to adopt a main chara (can u guess which??) AAAAA
