I don’t really think anybody who lived in a Vault was having a good time due living in an underground cage cut off from the outside world.

no yeah even without experiments vaults are conceptually terrifying. i'm assuming this is about what i said in the tags of the amata & sam post i made and i was specifically pointing out (but didn't really elaborate on) how fucked up the social politics would get between the same families over the course of centuries.

#i guess i'm just railing against the game trying to pull a fo1 with the 'you're a hero and you have to leave' bit #why would anyone want to stay here. it sucks #in fo1 it hits different because without info established you can easily make up like family and friends the vault dweller is being forced #to abandon. and you get kicked out at the very end after doing all this stuff for the sake of the vault #but in 3? i was chased out at gunpoint and pretty much everyone in the vault actively hates you besides amata #i have no reason to even WANT to stay #sorry if this is incoherent i just say things #asked and answered
