my sociology of gender class has tasked us to write an essay about our "gender ideology" (how we believe gender does work and how we believe gender should work) which is a hell of a task. probably one i shouldve started . not a couple of hours before its due

#but its a very hard task! my ideology is shaped by the fact that ive been studying gender informally since i was twelve #and also i have been a closeted trans person for around the same time. i dont know how to articulate it into /words!/#i guess im generally of the opinion that gender functions as a structure of exclusion but ive never been quite able to figure out #whether i love gender abolishment or if there need to be 1073943075304238 new genders #not to mention i need to reference five sources to back my ideas up.. they dont have to be super formal thankfully but its another Thing.
