my most burning BG3 paladin question:

Why did talking to Minthara for too long break Vin's oath (forcing me to pony up 1000 in local currency to unbreak it) when a. it was very clear they had no intention of attacking the grove and b. she herself is ALSO a paladin of vengeance?
