#hate how bad the disability stuff looks from the outside like#i haven’t had the spoons to clean my house all week so it’s disgusting rn#so i asked for help w it and got help but i know it just looks like i spend all day in bed doing nothing not caring that my house is gross#n i really just . do not like that lol🫶#i know abt the agonies and they know in their head at least abt the agonies but it’s like . so humiliating to be like#yeah sorry i can’t clean bc i have to lay in bed all day and it won’t fix me but it at least won’t make it worse 🫡#n now im just laying on the couch while she cleans her house too n im not helping bc i can’t but i still feel like i shld be n it’s just :(
