fuck around(didn’t bring my cane even though i thought about it) and find out(foot pain when i’m standing and hip pain when i’m laying down)
#poprock txt#sigh. the annoying part of my cane wouldn’t have even helped me much today#cause i was on my feet a ton for work#i really like that my job is physically demanding because lifting things and moving them around makes me feel good!#but having to stand for extended periods and bend over/reach down does Not make me feel good#very grateful that we have a new wetvac that can be used sitting#and is quieter and takes less time#also very grateful that my prof and manager are very accommodating#but yaknow. what can ya do#i kinda wish that i could use a different mobility aid besides a cane tho.. been thinking this fairly frequently#i feel like a rollator would be ideal because the problem is i need support when walking And i can’t stand in place very long without pain#having something to lean on while i walk and be able to sit on would be amazing#aug.#perhaps when i’m fully living on my own i’ll get one
