once again, dealing with the deep internal struggle of loving the human drama and also having a deep affection for the human characters and wanting them to succeed and be happy and getting all up in my 8am emotions whenever they do anything, vs rather unfortunately still loving whenever dracula swans around and bastards it up

#personal #dracula daily #do i approve of the bloody baptism? no #do i appreciate that the first thing he said was 'i will break jonathan's head like a pumpkin if you do anything? immeasurably #like yeah yeah it's very horrifying that he treats every escalation is 'look what you've made me do'#and explicitly frames anything horrible he does to these people as a punishment they've Earned by going against him #but it's also very very fun to watch because i love characters like that #i like dastardly gentleman characters that go feral when they're fed up #blame my dad he had me watch the lion king too much as a baby and i lowkey imprinted on jeremy irons as scar
