i'm always so focused on managing my much more debilitating physical symptoms that i sometimes forget that i do very much still have untreated adhd lmao

#i haven't been on meds for adhd for like probably 7-8 years now #the appointments were too much to keep up with as my physical illnesses worsened and then my dx expired and i just never got re dx'ed #i literally forget i have it and ascribe my difficulty focusing to like exclusively brain fog etc until something reminds me lol #in this case what reminded me is how i can suddenly focus so much better when i have a not-boring audiobook to listen to while i do chores #like whoops that's just an adhd accommodation #updates on my boring life
