I went to rly strict private school, but even so…..to tell a child they cannot wear the same cute clothes as other girls their age because of something out of their control is a guaranteed way to fuck with someone’s psyche. it took me YEARS of unlearning to not hate my body and not view my shape as a bad thing/embrace that this is who I am and it does not make me a whore or a slut. even so, of course, if I wear tight or revealing clothing…I still hear the some old comments. if the world will do anything, its judge you for breathing.
