I’m imagining that some Siblings of Sin accuse (behind his back bc they’re cowards) Copia of nepotism because of Phantom being in the band. And one night Phantom visits Copia’s quarters and asks him if it’s true — and naturally, Copia feels shattered by this and reassures Phantom that he was chosen because of his talent, not because of his relation to him and Aether.
