Tfw when you don't know enough about physics to make a decent theory of Duke's powers, but you know DC also is not utilising the full potential.

For example Duke's future vision works via light....so this would directly support the idea that the path of any photon is predetermined as he can see where it will go. If then every path is predetermined, is the DC universe equally predetermined, and is Duke one of the beings able to change that?
