decided to stop being a fake urban fantasy fan and actually read the antia blake vampire hunter series 😔✌️ (<- woman who knows she's about to get herself into something she can't even begin to anticipate)

#i actually SWORE i owned the first book and read like the first 100 pages back when I was 13 or something #but I can't find it for the life of me so I gotta grab another copy (the library??? has none???? i'm bereft)#but also they're old so i can grab a cheap copy basically anywhere #i love the only things I actually know about this series is the discontent toward the back half of the series but like #i need to respect my UF elders. ms. hamilton your series is messy and hell but it IS iconic technically speaking #IT SURE IS 30 BOOKS LONG THO ISN'T IT DAMN
