Gordon is never one to pass up taking a chance, a risk, a maybe. If it turns out bad, then it turns out bad. If it turns out great, then it turns out great. If he never tries, he’s stuck with all the regret of not knowing and having fun while learning.

Yes, this song is from a sports anime about ice skating. And yes, it fits scarily well with the pure devotion and strength Gordon holds towards and swimming, and simply being great.

Axolotl: Cosmo Sheldrake- “Scream and shout/ Trickle down and down/ I'll build a home at sea” and “Sailing seas in bathtubs green to grimy shores/ Waging war to wading fores/ And sway off course”

So, in all honesty, Cosmo Sheldrake songs can’t really be explained. They’re about kooky things: being a fly or tardigrade, breakfast items, mushrooms, and whatever else Alice-in-Wonderland thing you can think of. This one always felt in line with the odd boy that Gordon is in the best of ways!

All of these songs go so hard. I'm a huge fan of Respite on the Spitalfields and actually played it a couple times in a row yesterday.

Cosmo Sheldrake — Pelicans We

Something about this guys music makes me so enthralled. Plus the songs are a bit silly. Tardigrade Song has been stuck in my head lately.

Ghost — Prequelle

Okay at first I didn't like this album because it felt like a big shift from their other discography, but after I got over that butthurt I've really enjoyed it. Faith is super good and See the Light gets me enraptured.

Siames — Home

One thing I love about Siames is the fact that all their music videos have such good animation and a solid style. YouTube however has played their songs so so much that I'm starting to get tired of it. Summer Nights is pretty good.

Gorillaz — The Now Now

I feel like this one was a bit overshadowed by other albums, but could just be me (However, The Fall definitely is the most underrated. I love it to death). Tranz and Humility are real good. I am a Gorillaz fan but I did fall out with them because of the whole NFT thing but at this point I gave up and started listening to them again.

The Crane Wives — Coyote Stories

The banjo gets me so fuckin hard. The Moon Will Sing is a good one, but I really love a lot of tracks of theirs.
