馃摚Here are some simple ways to increase your immune system.
鈥硷笍Fasting-it is something that I have done for a while and still do.
馃尡Your level of fasting depends on where you are. If you eat meat, challenge yourself to not eat meat for a period of time.
If you eat vegetarian, eat vegan. For the vegans, eat raw and for people like myself, do juicing.
馃尡You can do what you heart and body calls you to do. Your immune system will increase by decreasing the amount of animal products and food you eat.
馃崘Increase your fruit and vegetable intake. I have seen some of y鈥檃ll plates and food y鈥檃ll share. Let鈥檚 be real, you can do better. If it does not apply, let it fly. You can to your local farmers market, shop the grocery stores on Wednesday for sales, many people don鈥檛 even touch organic in the regular grocery stores so they tend to be on discount, and stop buying so much package/canned food. No canned food unless you canning it yourself! That ain鈥檛 even food.
馃挦Of course stay hydrated with water (I prefer spring) and coconut water.
馃尡Take some supplements and get familiar with herbs. Many are nutrition deficient which is why immune system is lower.
馃尡Grow some food or join a community garden or food co-op.
馃尡Get outside in nature and move your body.
馃尡Drinking alcohol and Smoking cigarettes does not help at all.
馃尡Be mindful of surroundings and people that do not promote life, abundance, and prosperity. You are what you eat, literally and figuratively. Listen to high vibrational music.
馃尡Do breathing exercises. I love doing fire breaths. It is calms and grounds me.

Back then, I was someone who prefers soda馃イ or juices over water, trading my health for something sweet or flavorful. I was THE person who don't drink enough H2O馃挦. Ha, I used to think drinking 8 glasses a day will only cause me frequent trips to the bathroom. Um. Yikes. But now, here鈥檚 how my perspective has changed.
