#dogblr#rory borealis#bird dog training#the steps to backchain the retrieve included:#proper hold#proper pick up off the ground#nose touch#nose touch while holding#coming back to my vicinity#and trading#shes doing soooooo good#i put the gate so she couldnt detour to the couch#and it solved that problem immediately#a couple more reps and i think i can get rid of the gate#the couch is less magnetic lately#im so proud of her shes absolutely crushing it
