do yall think there was a min age for kids being brought to andromeda?

like i just started the 'little things that matter' questline and it makes me curious. obvs no one who couldn't work was thawed out early, but who was allowed to make the trip? likely teenagers (10-18) and maybe even older children (5-10) but do you think people with very young children (<5) were turned away from the initiative just because of the unknowns? because of how andromeda viruses would conflict with their already weaker immune systems that hadn't quite had the time to develop into hardier bodies yet?
