Fighting the urge to act like this at work now that I've been offered a grad position at the hospital
#i finally get to leave!!!#i straight up told a co-worker yesterday if there's anything she doesn't feel comfortable doing/goes against managers rules#to just grab me and I'll do it because what are they gonna do. fire me?#if they think im stealing money they can just check the cameras#like a self checkout wouldn't accept a customers note but we aren't allowed to open the registers and swap them out for a straighter note#and she asked me for help because she wasn't sure what to do#and i just said fuck em and swapped the note#because 1. its a stupid rule 2. im not getting yelled at over something i can easily do#same with accepting ripped notes. its still money and if the fucking cash people don't want to accept it thats their problem#another co-worker copped it from a customer because she ran out of notes and had to give her $5 change in coins (3 coins total)#and the managers take forever to respond when we ask for help and I've just had enough#ive always broken these rules but now im just volunteering to do it for others too lol#personal
