#i love the sonic movies btw this isnt meant to be sonic movie hate it just nevber really sat right with me that they made eggman skinny #anyways #i swear to god the sonic fandom has a huge fatphobia problem #like surface level it mostly seems normal in that department i never really see people go ''wow i hate fat people''#but when you start actually paying attention to the way people treat the fat characters it becomes really obvious #i could talk about it forever #like. regarding eggman specifically i dont really care if you wanna make fun of him but why do so many people #instantly resort to making jokes about his weight and treat it like its a negative trait of his.#or act like being fat and being a bad person are somehow linked #its so weird. just say you hate fat people #and its not Just eggman it shows in the way people treat other characters too especially big. and storm too kind of #and as much as i hate to say it even sega themselves are contributing to this.#like why is almost every fat sonic character evil or ''the dumb one'' of their respective group. or both.
