Hihi river I just wanted to as if you would recommend wrio or clorinde? I am saving but i doubt both will be possible since I only have 67 wishes 😭

ughhhhh the world is so cruel </3 to be fair i think you might have some time between clorinde and wrio (do not take my word for it bc leaks are so tentative) but i THINK wrio will be 4.8 and u could probably save a good chunk by then! but i will ramble a bit under the cut bc i got way more into the explanation than i planned lolll

but as for recommendations go...hmm this is a tough one. admittedly of the fontaine characters i think wrio is arguably the more mid one :,) as much as it pains me to say it LOL i apologize to my mans but his c1 really locks away a lot of his kits potential. he is a good unit without it i wont say he isnt but you have to get really good with timing his charged attack and making sure you have his normal attack rotation down well so that is a bit of a hassle. you do not have to think as much with his c1

clorinde seems like she might be more promising but i really cannot say bc u know!! we are still rly early into the leaks on her kit!! but i will say it also depends on what ur going for and what characters you have bc cryo vs electro are a bit different with team options so if you dont have good units for melt/freeze teams then clorinde might be the way to go for dendro teams. maybe overloaded i feel like maybe chevreuse might be more useful with clorinde (cannot say for certain though!!) but melt is not too hard considering xiangling is free and bennett most people have and then that last slot is pretty free with with either kazuha or zhongli or maybe even nahida for burn if you have her. or shenhe too!! shenhe if you have her is great.

but regardless!! you should pull whoever you like more!! but for the sake of answering your question, I am leaning towards clorinde more because it seems like her kit is really promising, especially her a4 passive giving that extra cr and the bond of life being the new pushed game mechanic that i think they will make her a bit of a meta pull (maybe—again, that could change with new leaks as they come!! i like to delude myself too bc i really love her LOLLL)

but again i think there is a decent possibility you could go for both unless you are aiming for weapons too (i assume not bc with 67 wishes that is certainly a dream 😭)
