in order to contribute to a conversation i just tried to figure out what i was doing 10 years ago, and apparently what i was doing was making a dress out of the oregon ballot measures booklet so i could go to work dressed up as a patriotic cheerleader with glow-stick batons to remind people to vote

#i was occupying portland on my corporate drone lunch breaks and i had so much hope for the world #i think 95% of the reason behind this outfit was because i was engaged in a protracted flirtation with the security desk guy #that was currently taking the form of an argument about whether or not voting mattered #and i was GOING TO MAKE THAT MAN VOTE #i did succeed in making him vote but did not succeed in hooking up with him and honestly #look at the deranged chick in this photo #i mean that's HIS fucking loss #mai face #i miss being this person
