Well at least I managed to do a proper brushing of my teeth today and tortured myself with some dental floss while I was at it too.
#well i know very well this will fool no dentist but like...excuse me i am actually functioning again and i am beyond proud of myself for it#you cannot understand what a victory this feels like after having been too sick to even remotely roytinely do these things#i am finding ways to get myself to take care of myself and i am honestly tearing up rn that i can do all these things#this bitch truly be recovering slowly but surely and it is actually giving me hope...#i fucking lived bitch#i will however keep my stance on dental floss... i hate that shit so much... satans tool.#i may be in pain like real bad but i am still doing better rn then i did all 2022 so fuck it i am CELEBRATING!!!! 🎉#...i think I'll indeed have one earbuds in tomorrow when i go to the dentist. music cheat code works ok.#it worked when i had to go get my new glasses when i had no energy for it. i will try it again at dentist office.#.. i should make a playlist.#also i need y'all to know that i have brushed my teeth to i want it all like 3 days in a row now or something#...it is working oddly well. i think I'll keep doing that...#listen.. if it gets me to brush my teeth...!#we keep it up. it is working.#ryder speaking
