re: last post. you will never rid me of my unshakable belief in ace Romano. I know I KNOW they absolutely did not intend it but you cannot convince me that man is textually allosexual. every sexual comment he makes is done with such an air of disinterest/he's literally only doing it to be annoying. the only actual attraction he exhibits is towards Elizabeth and he is SO careful about it. (he thinks her eyes are pretty! he likes her hands!) he tries to IMPLY a couple times that he is Totally Getting It™ but it never actually goes anywhere there's just occasionally a lady who stands near him and they never even, like, kiss or really touch ever. he's aware he's not "normal" so as part of his constructed persona he projects exaggerated heteromasculinity to the point of caricature because he can't actually tell the difference between "real" sexual attraction and this bizarre over-the-top thing he's performing. he has a quota of off-putting comments he has to make in a day to indicate that he's a Real Man, Definitely Hetero/Allosexual. listen to me dang it

I still stand by what I said. The point Lila made made sense cuz yes it is weird that Marinette is only stuttering when she's with Adrien, and many people don't know why it's like that, but if you know Marinette longer than you know Lila you don't have any excuse to believe Lila. Your friendship with Marinette was never genuine in the first place if it's so easy to break it by any third person who would show up out of the blue and tell you a short story. Plus Marinette was literally helping Kagami get back together with Adrien so this is even dumber.
