A Shane(butt) Shepard from 2183 to 2186 from the squad screen

eagle eye Shane fans will notice the little Adept bit in the first screen.

And once upon a time Shane in ME2 had Soldier and was only Vanguard by ME3.

So. Lore time!! A refresher for true Shane fans. And really something that I came up with out of frustration when I first played through ME2.

In ME1 I loved biotics. Loved them. They frustrated me a lot with aiming but I loved them. So Shane was an adept all the way. YAY!

Biotics were not so fun in 2. They did a lot of funky things with biotics and with restricting weapons in 2. So I went to soldier because absolutely NO restrictions.

And then they futzed with biotics MORE in 3 and Vanguard looked super fun with this new Charge mechanic that was different than it was in 2.

How did I explain this mysterious removal of Shane's biotics? Lazarus and some kind of emotional block on her biotics. So she would be considered reclassified as Soldier. AND that when she was killed she had already put in for a transfer to being Vanguard class (she was supposedly told there were too many vanguards at the time and they needed more pure adepts). When she was under house arrest that transfer finally went thru and so she became vanguard by the time of ME3.

Tada.

(also if you can't tell, in that MELE screen she's actually sorta wearing a ponytail rather than a kind of mohawk plait. But it's the closest I was able to get as there are no mohawk files in ME1 and the only mod I found was that thing.
