शिवराज सिंह चौहान का एक और बड़ा फैसला- NRA की मेरिट से ही मिल जाएगी सरकारी नौकरी

चैतन्य भारत न्यूज भोपाल. मध्यप्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री चौहान ने दो दिन पहले ही राज्य में सरकारी नौकरी सिर्फ राज्य के युवाओं और छात्रों को देने का ऐलान किया था। अब सीएम शिवराज के नेतृत्व वाली सरकार ने एक और बड़ा फैसला लिया है। युवाओं को शासकीय नौकरी देने के फैसले के बाद शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने 'एक देश-एक परीक्षा' का ऐलान किया है। अपने युवा बेटे-बेटियों के कल्याण के लिए हमने एक और अनूठा व क्रांतिकारी निर्णय लिया है। प्रदेश की शासकीय नौकरियों के लिए युवाओं को अलग से कोई परीक्षा देने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी।#NRA द्वारा आयोजित परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर ही इन्हें प्रदेश की शासकीय नौकरियां मिलेंगी। — Shivraj Singh Chouhan (@ChouhanShivraj) August 20, 2020 मुख्यमंत्री चौहान ने गुरुवार को कहा कि केंद्र की नेशनल रिक्रूटमेंट एजेंसी (NRA) से चयनित होने वाले राज्य के युवाओं को कोई दूसरी प्रवेश परीक्षा नहीं देनी पड़ेगी। यानी अब प्रदेश के युवाओं को एनआरए (NRA) की परीक्षा के अंकों के आधार पर बनने वाली मेरिट लिस्ट से राज्य में नौकरी मिल जाएगी। शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने ट्वीट कर कहा, 'अपने युवा बेटे-बेटियों के कल्याण के लिए हमने एक और अनूठा व क्रांतिकारी निर्णय लिया है। प्रदेश की शासकीय नौकरियों के लिए युवाओं को अलग से कोई परीक्षा देने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। एनआरए द्वारा आयोजित परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर ही इन्हें प्रदेश की शासकीय नौकरियां मिलेंगी।' उन्होंने आगे लिखा, 'मध्यप्रदेश की शासकीय नौकरियों पर केवल प्रदेश के युवाओं का हक होगा, यह हमने पहले ही तय कर दिया है। अब आपको बार-बार की परीक्षाओं के कारण होने वाले निरर्थक व्यय और आवागमन से भी मुक्ति मिल जाएगी। मेरे बच्चों तुम्हारा जीवन आनंददायी और बेहतर बने, यही मेरी प्राथमिकता है।' मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा, 'एनआरए द्वारा आयोजित परीक्षाओं में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर ही नौकरी देने का अभूतपूर्व निर्णय लेने वाला मध्यप्रदेश पहला राज्य है। इससे युवाओं का जीवन सहज, सुगम बनेगा। देश के दूसरे राज्य भी मध्यप्रदेश की इस पहल को अपनाकर अपने प्रदेश के बेटे-बेटियों को बड़ी राहत दे सकते हैं।' बता दें मध्यप्रदेश, एनआरए (NRA) से भर्ती करने का फैसला लेने वाला पहला राज्य है। इससे प्रोफेशनल एग्जामिनेशन बोर्ड (Professional Examination Board) का काम आधे से भी कम हो जाएगा। क्या है NRA प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अगुवाई में केंद्रीय कैबिनेट ने 19 अगस्त को नेशनल रिक्रूटमेंट एजेंसी (एनआरए) के गठन को मंजूरी दे दी गई थी। इस साल बजट में ही इस एजेंसी के गठन का ऐलान कर दिया था। इस योजना के तहत अब केंद्र सरकार की सरकारी नौकरियों के लिए एक ही परीक्षा होगी। एनआरए केंद्र सरकार की सरकारी नौकरियों के लिए एक कॉमन एलजिबिलिटी टेस्ट (सीईटी) कराएगी। इसकी शुरुआत रेलवे, बैंकिंग और एसएससी की आरंभिक परीक्षाओं को मर्ज करने से होगी। NRA साल में दो बार CET कराएगा। CET का स्कोर व मेरिट तीन साल तक मान्य होगा। जो उम्मीदवार अपना स्कोर बेहतर करना चाहेंगे वे पुन परीक्षा में बैठ सकेंगे। जो उम्मीदवार प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में सफल होंगे उन्हें बैंक, रेलवे या एसएससी की दूसरे चरण की परीक्षा में शामिल होने के अवसर प्राप्त होंगे। सिर्फ आरंभिक परीक्षा एक होगी बाकी अन्य औपचारिकताएं और नियम पूर्व की भांति रहेंगे। सीईटी में उम्मीदवार के बैठने की कोई अधिकतम सीमा तय नहीं की गई है। सीईटी मल्टीपल च्वॉइस (बहुविकल्प) प्रश्नों पर आधारित परीक्षा होगी। एनआरए 12 भाषाओं में सीईटी परीक्षा का आयोजन करेगी। एनआरए ग्रुप बी और ग्रुप सी (गैर तकनीकी) पदों के लिये CET परीक्षा के जरिये उम्मीदवारों की छंटनी (स्क्रीनिंग) करेगी। NRA द्वारा 10वीं , 12वीं और ग्रेजुएशन तीनों स्तर के अलग अलग CET कराए जाएंगे। Read the full article
