why do i feel like shit constantly
#i mean i know its cause ive been failing all my classes for months and have been straight up nonstop lying to my parents faces about it#and i only have another week before the semester ends and grades come in and my lies blow up in my face and i m so scared for what theyre#gonna do and say#and i havent lied like this since like eighth grade when i was deeply suicidal and completely isolating myself#and my mental health has never been this bad before but im so scared to ask for help and i just dont know what to do#i dont actively wanna unalive but i really just cant fucking do this anymore#idek what happened i just am so fucking low and im constantly panicking bc of my lies and not being able to talk about whats going on#it feels like im watching someone destroy my life for me!!! like im watching through my eye holes as someone violently breaks shit#and im so scared and so anxious all the time and i thought i was getting better but every second is painful and no distraction works anymore#idk idk idk#pls dont reblog#sonny speaks#i know all i ever do is ask for advice but if anyone got this far some advice would be so lovely. ill take anything i just need guidance
