idk if patient portals are usually like this but they got the timestamp for messages in a time zone i do not live in and it is fucking with me so hard. it wont let me change it. half my messages are clarifications cuz of shit reading comprehension. im so easily confused. yall KNOW im stupid its why im here,,,

#if it was est i could handle it cuz i used to live there and have family there so the mental switch is a bit easier. but they got me in pst #i CAN do basic math but im already fucking trying to decipher messages that would be simple if i wasnt a chronic overthinker #you throw in a weird-ass timestamp and its just another thing for me to squint at and be stressed #idk dude. just feels stupid that i cant customize it to my timezone lol like wheres the logic here #sea rambles #personal
