Just in general I don't think "xyz saying is associated with fascists" is a great argument against saying a phrase as a meme because like. What better way to take it out of their mouths than to put it in ours. There might be other associated reasons not to use a word or phrase, but "bad people like saying this phrase" by itself isn't a concrete reason imo. if psychiatric terms and slurs can lose their impact through casual usage then why not "reject modernity, embrace tradition" or whatever the meme of the day is. If it's a slogan mocked by weird sad queers then maybe they'll be too embarrassed to say it anymore.
