I feel like such hot garbage, my whole back, shoulder and neck area hurts like hell, even my jaw is aching. My collarbones have fused into an amorphous mass of bone covered in pimples.

In summary: ow.

#personal #owwwwww #the last cortisone infusion was yestersay #so i didn't think it'd get worse now #but I slept badly and now i am also an aching pile of stretched out bone and muscle #if anyone has experience with cortisone infusion treatments or just general pain issues feel free to give me tips #if it doesn't get better until tomorrow i'll call the ms station and ask for advice/painkiller prescriptions #cause this is not fun #but I also read that certain common pain killers can cause issues when mixed eith cortisone so i won't just try it #just gonna use some cream and heating pads for now #maybe that'll be enough anyway
